At Delore Dimension, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are **final sale**. We do **not** offer refunds or returns.

This policy helps us maintain quality control, exclusivity, and hygiene standards across all collections.

Exchanges

We only accept **size exchanges** under the following conditions:

* Exchange requests must be submitted within **5 days of delivery**
* Items must be **unworn, unwashed**, and in original condition with all tags attached
* Items must show **no signs of wear, damage, or odor**

Exchanges are subject to **availability**. If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be completed.

Customers are responsible for **all shipping costs** associated with exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery**.

Your email must include:

* Order number
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are **not eligible** for exchange:

* Worn or washed items
* Items with stains, makeup marks, deodorant, or odors
* Items damaged due to improper care
* Final sale or promotional items

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are **non-refundable**. Delore Dimension is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in future order restrictions.
