All orders are processed within **3–7 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our quality standards.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

### Domestic & International Shipping

Delore Dimension currently ships within the United States
International shipping availability will be announced at a later date.

### Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to **24–48 hours** for tracking updates to reflect accurate delivery status.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Delore Dimension is **not responsible** for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete  provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Delore Dimension is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
